Refund policy
Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-The product must be in its original packaging.
-You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the product.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
-Personal care products
-Used items
-Items damaged due to customer misuse
-Sale or clearance items
-Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you can return the item first.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the product you want.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
